Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Germany)
In accordance with EU consumer law and German law (§ 312g BGB), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receives the goods.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request. You do not need to pay any return shipping fees.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from damage caused by the customer
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
We will also refund the standard delivery cost of the original order. We do not deduct any fees from your refund.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Helmets that have been worn or used
- Items that have been customized or personalized
- Sealed items that have been opened (where applicable)
8. UK Customers
UK customers are also entitled to a 14-day return period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The same return process and conditions apply.
